This painting depicts a lush, vibrant garden. Filled with a large variety of plants, this is an interpretation of Genesis 1: 12 ‘And the earth brought forth grass, the herb that yields seed according to its kind, and the tree that yields fruit, whose seed is in itself according to its kind. And God saw that it was good.’ The uniqueness of painting on mirror is that the observer can actually see themselves in the picture, as a reflection.
